Joseph Mendrzycki is Director, Center for Design and Instruction, at Harrisburg Area Community College (HACC). As an Instructional Designer and Technologist, Joseph works with college faculty to help them design and develop learning solutions for their online, blended, and enhanced courses.
Joseph is also Adjunct Faculty at HACC, teaching Web Site Design. He has worked as a technical writer, corporate (workforce) trainer, and instructional designer in various industries.
Joseph earned his Masters of Science Degree in Instructional Technology from Bloomsburg University, Pennsylvania.
